Former Beatles Sir Paul McCartney is known to have told estranged wife Heather Mills to keep away from the court. According to the pop star, Mills stands no chance of making anything from their pending divorce, as reportedly Sir Paul has not made any money during the time he was married to her. Sir Paul has conveyed the same to Mills’ lawyers stating that she will “end up with nothing”.
McCartney had made all his wealth, estimated to be around $585 million, before marrying Heather Mills four years ago in 2002. There have been reported losses to the tune of £2 million in the past four years during the several world tours that McCartney had undertaken. As told by solicitor Caitlin Jenkins to the Sunday Mirror, “It’s a good tactic for Sir Paul – but also quite a high-risk strategy. Only about 10 percent of contested divorce cases end up going down this route. Sir Paul is trying to persuade Heather’s team to advise her to come to an agreement - by suggesting she could end up with nothing if the divorce goes to court. In essence, Sir Paul is showing her how bad it could be for her.”

Grapevine has that Britney Spears may have cheated on estranged husband Kevin Federline when they were still together. Britney is currently seeing JR Rotem, who is Federline’s friend. Rotem has produced many of the songs on Federline’s current album. Britney, who could possibly be dating Rotem before the split, is now being helped by Rotem in bringing out her comeback album. They are now dating in the open, ever since Britney filed her divorce papers.
Rotem is also said to be dating Paris Hilton when he was involved with her album. But, it was a closely guarded secret… well-kept from Britney Spears. Britney certainly would not digest the fact that JR had been dating her friend just before he started seeing her.

Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston is having a tough time handling the trauma of her breakup with The Breakup co-star Vince Vaughn. Not finding anyone trusty enough to lean on, she is reported to be seeking support from ex-husband Brad Pitt. As reported in a US weekly, Jen called up ex-hubby Brad and told him that she was not okay, and in need of his support. She is so confident of her relationship with Brad that there is no feeling of insecurity on her part. Angelina, in fact, feels very sorry for Jen.
On the contrary, representatives of both Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have denied that both the stars were in touch with or seeing each other. “To my knowledge, Brad and Jennifer have not spoken on the phone,” says Pitt’s representative.

Both have three sons from their marriage – aged 15, 12, and 10 years. They were mainly concerned about their sons. “Our main concern is for our three sons. We know we have some difficult times ahead, together and apart, and hope that our family’s privacy will be respected.” both echoed their sentiments.
Chris Evert was earlier married to English tennis star John Lloyd for eight years, after which they divorced.
In the settlement arrived at, Evert will pay Mill $7 million in cash and security, apart from the Aspen, Colorado vacation home valued at $4 million, and a few cars too, including a Porsche. Evert will retain her $2.8 million home in Lake Worth, Fla. Besides, Evert gets the custody of their three sons with Mill allowed “reasonable” visitation rights.
According to Palm Beach Post, Mill said: “This was the worst day of my life. Now I need to concentrate on being the best father I can be to our boys because they’re the most important things in my life. Chris understands they need me as much as they need her. We need to reestablish a balance in our lives.”

Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband Ojani Noa is all set to tell all about his ex-wife and their relationship. He has told the judge Victor H Peron that he intends telling all while fighting Jennifer’s effort to quash his memoir. Noa admitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge of his regretting the agreement to a preliminary injunction issued on June 30 that prohibits him from “criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement to the plaintiff.” Jennifer Lopez, who had married the former waiter in 1997, sued Noa in April this year to refrain him from telling it all. She claimed that Noa had asked for $5 million in lieu.
Noa, who admits to having limited knowledge of English, maintains that he did not understand the repercussions of his lawyer’s action in agreeing to the arbitration with Lopez in October. According to a website, Noa has said: “I didn’t agree to it. My lawyer told me that was the right thing to do and I went along with it.” He also says that he came to know only on November 8 that his lawyer was not licensed to practice law. Noa has been granted time until January 17 next year to find a new attorney.
