Hollywood star Kate Winslet had an opportunity to meet her ex-boyfriend Rufus Sewell on the sets of the movie The Holiday. According to her, it was a friendly meeting. The then little known Kate had a romantic three-month period with British actor Sewell until Titanic happened, and she was catapulted to overnight stardom. They have hardly met each other since, but to Kate, Sewell is still a friend. According to a website, Kate Winslet is quoted to have said: “It was completely fine. I hadn’t seen him for a very long time but we’d remained friends. It was really not a big deal .I was thrilled he got the part.”

At present Sewell is dating actress Alice Eve, while Kate is happily married to director Sam Mendes. Kate is believed to be in the thick of family matters, enjoying her stint as a mother of two children – one six-year old Mia, from her ex-husband Jim Threapleton, and the other Joe, a three-year old from her current husband Sam Mendes. Kate is known to be enjoying motherhood so much that she wants more kids. Said Kate: “I’m hoping to have more kids. I don’t know whether to have one or two. Oh God, I would love to have more.”
